Miel de Quartier pollinate change in our cities, well beyond honey through the provision of urban beekeeping training sessions with a social utility focus at Grands Voisins, a 3,2 hectares eco-village in Paris 14è, where 300 changemakers and 600 socially disabled people are reinventing the future together in what was formerly an hospital. Introducing a very diverse public to the art of caring bees, we build cooperation bridges between them, provide shared services to the urban community of beekeepers, and implement experimental research projects about alternative beekeeping / hives / bee products.
When the strategist and the facilitator take the lead upon the beekeeper, I draw on the holistic frameworks offered by nature R & D to empower client companies with new models suited for managing teams, cultivating open innovation or engaging stakeholder communities.
Applying a #Biomimicry #System Thinking and #Permaculture approach to organizations' challenges, I take honeybees and other living societies as collective intelligence facilitators to inspire solutions.
