People are my passion. I work as a creative consultant, to explore and find innovative solutions to social and environmental issues. I use my skills and networks to facilitate relationships and creative projects to encourage intercultural dialogue and collaboration. I wear a range of different hats including producer, researcher, facilitator, project and events manager, writer, and more recently photographer. I work between the creative industries, with arts organizations, NGOs, diplomats and artists to policy makers and practitioners from different cultures from all corners of the globe, to facilitate change for a better world. I have lived and worked in Europe, Asia and Australia as an arts manager on a number of projects, events and festivals. Recently I have widened my portfolio to include human security projects and gender equality initiatives. I am a British Indian fluent in Punjabi, and speak Hindi.
